The “Comfortable and rustic house”, 60 m2, is located in a very quite countryside area, in the middle of its garden and a large olive trees area, fruits and various other plants.
With a nice and rustic furnishings the house has got a wide living/dining room 20 m2 with open fireplace, TV digital, nice kitchen corner, well equipped, and 1 bedroom, a corner with one single bed, in the mezzanine two single beds.
Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (against payment in winter period).
Garden equipped with sunombrella , tables and chairs, gazebo, outside shower.

The house is provided with all the kitchen equipment, microwave, washing machine, barbecue and also bed and bath linen.
Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

Wi-fi for free... just outside of the house.

Private area for Parking at 250 meters from the house.
The village of Aramo is located in a quiet, sunny position at only 3 km from the centre of San Quirico and 7 km from the centre of Pescia.
